LiveAStory.com is a service of Daily Behavioral Health. Your privacy is important to us. Although Daily Behavioral Health owns the data storage, databases and the LiveAStory Website, you retain all rights to your data. We will not use your data or the data contained within your lists to market to, advertise to, or contact individuals for any other means of profit outside the context of the website.

Upon your request, Daily Behavioral Health will remove your contact information from its databases. Please email your deactivation request to: deactivate@liveastory.com. Daily Behavioral Health will deactivate this information as soon as reasonably possible in accordance with our deactivation policy and applicable law.

In some circumstances, Daily Behavioral Health will retain in its files information you have requested it to remove to resolve disputes, troubleshoot or enforce the Terms of Service Agreement. Further, Daily Behavioral Health can never completely remove prior information from its databases due to technical and legal constraints, including stored "back up" systems. Therefore, you should not expect complete removal of all of your personally identifiable information from its databases in response to your requests.
